Obtaining an initial statement of the clients’ requirements (brief).Outlining possible courses of action.

Outline Proposal stage
Preparing outline proposals which incorporates a detailed presentation of the clients’ requirements.

Scheme Design stage
Preparing in collaboration with other consultants, a
scheme design consisting of working drawings.

Detailed design
Preparing detailed designs incorporating the design
works done by other consultants.
05.
Tender Action
Advices on the contract and the appointment of the contractor.

Supervision
Periodically supervising the project, from inception to completion
