The Hotel consists of 90 rooms,compromising of suites, interconnecting rooms, double or twin rooms, convenient. Target client was for those who travel with either their families or on their own.

The building encompasses green architecture by ensuring energy efficiency through well lit spaces and an atrium to ensure thermal comfort. 

The idea was to come up with rooms  that are welcoming , a home away from home.
